Salon Policies & Procedures
  • Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.  You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows. 

  • Extension services requires a 48 hour cancellation notice, in order for deposits to be refunded.  If you fail to cancel your appointment within this timeframe, the deposit is forfeited.

  • Tardiness - A $25 fee will be applied to clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment. 

  • Credit Cards required for Bookings - A credit card is required to hold all bookings.  It will only be charge upon your request after being serviced, or if a late fee or no show fee is incurred. 

  • A Natural Nuance Hair Spa, Inc. accepts the following forms of payments...cash and all major credit cards (with a $5 fee).  Checks or PayPal payments are not accepted.   

  • Deposit - A 50% deposit for extension services is required upon scheduling an appointment.  This deposit will be put towards the service, and is non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled within the cancelation period.

  • Same Day Appointments - A $25 charge will be applied for the convenience of same day appointments.  This fee does not apply to consultation or trim bookings.

  • Servicing Children - A Natural Nuance Hair Spa, Inc. service children 5 years old and older.  Children's styles and prices apply to children between the ages of 5 years old and 10 years old.

  • No Children- Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.  A Natural Nuance Hair Spa, Inc. will no longer be accepting new clients under the age of 10 until further notice.

  • Shampoo Service - A shampoo service is standard with most of our services.  The hair is shampoo'd a two times during this service.  If additional shampoo services are required due to scalp issues or excessive dirt, a $25 charge will be added to the service.

  • Guarantee - Our Salon staff is trained and educated in the newest trends, and techniques. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with the services received, we ask that you inform us at the time of your service.  We will remove the style for you and restyle, or schedule a re-do appointment within a two week period.  After this time, you will no longer be eligible for a re-do.  We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to correct any issues you may be having. We want you to be satisfied with your services. 

  • Please be sure to remove your previous style and detangle your hair before coming in for service.  If you fail to remove your previous style or detangle thoroughly, a $35 charge will be added to your service.

  • Cell Phones - We ask, as a courtesy of all guests, for cell phones to be set to vibrate upon entrance of the salon.

  • Guests Policy - In the service area of the salon we can only accommodate those clients receiving services. We thank you for your cooperation in advance. All guests are asked to wait in the reception area, due to the space we ask that you please refrain from bringing guests that are not receiving a service.

  • Liability - A Natural Nuance Hair Spa, Inc. is not liable for any property left in the salon.
